Can Mayol, this beautiful, newly refurbished townhouse is only a few steps from the centre of Fornalutx, one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca.
In the houses’ interiors, you will find terracotta floors, thick exposed stone walls and wooden-beamed ceilings that give the house a genuinely Majorcan character.
Entering the property via the stone steps, you reach the open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower bathroom.
The living room on the second floor is a relaxed space with a comfortable sofa bed and satellite television. From here, you have access to the highlight of this property, its roof terrace with stunning views of the surrounding Tramuntana mountains. Two sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs invite you to sit back and soak up the sunshine, or to dine al fresco, overlooking a stunning valley.
You will also find a small toilet on this floor.
In the area, you can enjoy exquisite restaurants where you can savour local food and wine in a peaceful rural atmosphere.
The beautiful town Sóller is situated only at 2 kilometres from the house.
